Enrichment Camps
Camp Hollywood:
Put on a show! Paint the sets, create costumes, and add your own talent to a play production. This two week camp ends with a show for family and friends. Ages 8-13
Location: Portola Elementary School Cafeteria, 6700 Eagle Street
Sports Camps
Sailing and Kayaking:
Spend a week on the water in the safety of Ventura Harbor, learning sailing and kayaking. Dynamic instructors follow a nationally recognized US sailing format. Beginning to intermediate sailors. Ages 9-13
Location: Marina Park Boat Dock, 2950 Pierpont Blvd.
Tween Camp:
This cool new camp for "tweens" brings all the fun together in one week with rock climbing, swimming, tennis, basketball, football. Fitness, volleyball, arts & crafts and leadership skills. Ages 10-13
Location: Juanamaria Park, Kimball and Loma Vista Roads
Beach Volleyball Academy:
Our most popular sports academy is a half-day camp- held from 9am to noon – learning the beach volleyball game! Skills instruction and drill practice in passing, setting, hitting, digging, blocking, and serving are supplemented with games. Ages 9-15
Location: State Beach Courts located at San Pedro Street
Camp Paradise
Ages 6-9
Located at the Community Park. Camp Paradise is a camp experience that provides recreational and creative opportunities for the youth of Ventura. Our camps include activities such as games, arts and crafts, drama, sports, swimming on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30am -1:00pm only, climbing wall, and more!
